Fit Bambino Pizza! I love love pizza! I’m so excited about this Fit creation! Please try this one, and let me know what you think. My husband really liked it, and he is hard to please.

Crust:

  •  Ezekiel English Muffin (makes two Bambino Pizzas)

Toppings:

  • Two TS no sugar added Marinara
  • Fresh Basil
  • Two Mushrooms
  • Four Baby tomatoes
  • One Garlic Clove
  • Small Slice of Red Onion
  • Two Laughing cow light mini Babybel cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. Break your Ezekiel English Muffin in half and set aside.
  3. Chop your veggies.
  4. Shred cheese.
  5. Now you are ready to cover your Muffins with Marinara, Fresh Basil and Veggies.
  6. Spinkle cheese over the top.
  7. Place your pizzas on a parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10 min.

Enjoy! Makes great appetizers or side dish. I ate this with my grilled chicken breast and side salad.
