YourFIT Protein Shakes

I love to mix different ingredients with my protein powder and create my own fun and healthy shakes.  Here are some of the shake recipes that I enjoy.

 

Mango Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder (IsaProVanilla is recommended)
  • ¼ c frozen mangoes
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ c cultured coconut milk plain SO Delicious (Optional.  It makes the shake nice and thick.  You can also add almond or coconut milk.  If you don’t , you have to add another 1/2 c of water)
  • ½ c filtered water
  • ¼ c crushed ice

 

Protein Frappuccino

 Ingredients

  • 1c espresso or very strong coffee (chilled)
  • ½ c  almond milk, no sugar added
  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (IsaLean Creamy Dutch Chocolate is recommended)
  • 1 c crushed ice

 

 

Chocolate Berry

 Ingredients

  • 1/2 c frozen black cherries or raspberries
  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (IsaLean Creamy Dutch Chocolate is recommended)
  • 1c filtered water
  • ½ c crushed ice

 

 

Peanut Butter and Jelly

 Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter available at Whole Foods)
  • ½ c frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving of Vanilla protein (IsaLean Creamy French Vanilla is recommended)
  • 1c filtered water
  • ½ c crushed ice

 

 

Summer Watermelon

Ingredients

  • 1c chopped watermelon
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder (IsaLean Creamy French Vanilla is recommended)
  • 1 fresh basil leaf (optional)
  • ½ c filtered water
  • ½ c crushed ice

 

Harvest Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I usded IsaLean Creamy French Vanilla)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c filtered water
  • 1/2 c crushed ice

 

Directions

 

Mix in a blender until well-blended. Enjoy!
