YourFIT Egg Salad
- 4 boiled eggs (2 yolks removed), chopped
- 2 table spoons Greek Yougurt 0% Fat
- 1 tea spoon Honey Dejon Mustard
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, chopped
- 1/8 tea spoon of paprica
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 stalk fresh dill, chopped
Optional: Cayenne, garlic powder, black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve on bed of spinach or toasted Ezikiel bread.
