YourFIT Egg Salad

Ingredients

 

  • 4 boiled eggs  (2 yolks removed), chopped
  • 2 table spoons Greek Yougurt 0% Fat
  • 1 tea spoon Honey Dejon Mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber, chopped
  • 1/8 tea spoon of paprica
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk fresh dill, chopped

Optional: Cayenne, garlic powder, black pepper.

 

 

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Serve on bed of spinach or toasted Ezikiel bread.
