YourFIT Chicken Sausage Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sage
  • 1 tsp fennel
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp basil
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Make 6 even patties
  3. Grill 3 minutes on each side at 450 or till done or fry in a pan
  4. Serve with eggs for breakfast or make a sandwich
