Resistance Band BOOTY Slim Down + Tone Up Part 1

I am beyond excited for this week’s workout.
All you need is a resistance band and we will shape, tone and lift your booty with 6 different moves!
Are you ready?
Here is your workout. I hope you will love the way you feel after you get done.

WORKOUT:
Perform each exercise 15 reps on each side, no rest in between and do 3 sets  
Resisted Squats
Standing Adduction 
Standing Leg Extension
Standing Hamstring Raises
Standing Leg Abduction
Standing Bent Leg Abduction
