Proper warm up is essential to get the best out of your workout and stay injury free .Most people don’t warm up at all and some spend few minutes jogging before they hit the weights. Although jogging is better then nothing ( it will warm up your body) but won’t help you with a proper muscle engagement during your training. We have to activate your core and glutes and warm up your major muscle groups and joints to get ready to” kill it “ in the gym and stay injury FREE.
