If you follow me on Ista you know that the best corset is the plank!  To truly get your waist little you gotta make your transverse abs to do the work.  The stronger your internal abdominal wall is the smaller your waist will be.

Well, how do we get those magic muscles work?  Planks are the best way to engage and train them.  We have to do some variations of the planks to hit your internal abs from every angle.

How did you know I’m the most self-conscious about my waist? :) I love the tips you provide. I’m going to bookmark it so I can add it to my normal workout routine!
