How is your summer going so far?  If you are like me then you are enjoying fresh smoothies on the hot days.  I see a lot of people making smoothies to stay healthy and save time. Most people think that smoothies will help them to loose weight and get to their FIT goal.  Unfortunatly, I see a lot of my new clients, and people in general, making the same mistakes when it comes to making their smoothies.
