I promised you that we will get leaner and stronger this summer!

Today I am sharing one of my personal favorite workouts that will get your arms in the best shape of your life, I guarantee!

Have you seen those ropes in the gym and wondered how to train with them?

Yes, today you are going to pick them up and get the best arm workout you’ve ever had!

WORKOUT:

Lean and strong arms with the battle ropes 30 seconds each move, no rest between moves, 1 minute rest after each set, 3 sets
