Low Impact – High Results
Wow! We have been working so hard this summer and I think it’s time to take it easy!
Today I am teaching you low impact exercises that you can use to warm up before your workout or use this as your main easy breezy workout. This routine is also good if you are a beginner or have to watch your back or knees. While this may be a warm up or an “easy” work out, always consult your doctor before you do any workout.
Low impact, high results workout:
assisted squat by the pole
assisted reverse lunge
inner thigh engagement
outer thigh engagement
