You can do it with your kids on the playground or at home.  All you need is 10 minutes :-)

Sexy beast workout (you need a jumping rope )

Each move 20 seconds no rest 4 sets total 10 minutes 40 seconds
Push-Ups
Jumping rope sprint or high knees (if you don’t have one)
Skaters
Jumping rope sprint  
Tricep dips
Jumping rope sprint  
Star Fish
Jumping rope sprint
