Get Lean with TABATA

TABATA training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit. This type of workout will get your lean and strong!

TABATA workout:

  1. Sumo burpee
  2. Boat – knees to chest
  3. Side press for triceps right
  4. Side press for triceps left
  5. Sumo burpee
  6. Boat – knees to chest
  7. Side press for triceps right
  8. Side press for tricep left
