Ab Challenge

Here is our challenge from last month program. We had so much fun doing this challenge together so we wanted to share it with you!

We had 7 moves, we preformed them in a row with no rest.  We did this challenge daily.

We increased our  time weekly.  We got so much stronger!  Now it’s your turn!

Moves

  1. Forearm plank
  2. Crunches
  3. Full plank
  4. Crunches in table top
  5. Side plank right
  6. Side plank left
  7. Reach to your toes crunch 

Week one 30 seconds each move

Week two 40 seconds each move

Week three 50 seconds each move

Week four 60 seconds each move
