WORKOUT: 

5 minutes non-stop

10 reps each move / no rest between moves / how many times can you go through in 5 minutes?

Moves: 

push-ups, shoulder press, front raises, side raises, front raises hands facing in, bicep curls, tricep extensions, tricep pulses.

Feel the burrrrrn!
